what does being healthy mean
being healthy means to be in shape . being in shape is when you exercise and take deep breaths . your frame work makes up the way your bones are shaped . support means to hold up your bones so you can move around . a function is something you do like hop or kick a ball. mental is the way you think about something . physical is when you do something to harm your self or someone else . internal is your insides that help you move or walk or breath or see . depression is when you get very sad or if something bad happens like if your mom dies you feel like you want to die. your skeletal system is your bones and the way you where made . if you dint have any of those things you wouldn't be alive .

green leaf lettuce
1. lettuce is a mild flavored leaf vegetable commonly used in salads and sandwiches.
2. lettuce is commonly grilled sautéed braised and cooked in a variety of recipes .
3. refrigerate unwashed leaves in a plastic bag in the vegetable drawer do not store lettuce with melons apples pears or other ethylene gas emitting fruits as they will cause the lettuce to become brown.
4. if lettuce gets wilted it needs to be refreshed to refresh lettuce submerge the wilted lettuce in cold water.
